Ghost Pepper Cheese Curds are our traditional “squeaky” cheese curds with an added kick from cooked Jolokia peppers, also known as Ghost Peppers.

They can be enjoyed plain, with crackers or chips, or as part of a larger platter.

Ghost Pepper Curds make a good topping for a spicy southwestern style salad.

When battered and fried, they make an excellent appetizer or side dish.
