Van Sorman is a Brazos Valley Cheese original and a favorite for many of our customers. It is tangy and flavorful, but not overpowering, an excellent cheese to eat plain or serve on cheeseboards.

Description
Van Sorman is an aged cheese made from cow’s milk.
During the first two weeks of the aging process, we rub it daily with vanilla, sorghum and cinnamon. The name “Van-Sor-Man” comes from the combination of syllables from these three ingredients.
Serving Suggestions
Excellent plain or on cheeseboards, as mentioned above.
It also goes well with crisp apple slices or other fruits.
